More Visit Options with Virtual Care

CarePartners offers a combination of in-person and virtual visits to support your lifestyle and healthcare needs.

If you currently receive care at home or in the clinic, you can add virtual care visits between in-person visits. You decide what's right for you with our flexible healthcare options.

In-person care + virtual care: scheduled in-person visits at home or a clinic plus virtual visits in between in-person visits

Adding virtual care doesn't replace in-person care.
It enhances in-person care by giving you more options to connect with your nurse or other healthcare providers.

Convenience

  • Connect from home, work, car or while travelling
  • Protect your time—eliminate travel and avoid sitting in waiting rooms
  • Save hassles when trying to coordinate multiple appointments with different members of your care team

Flexibility

  • Alert your nurse of a health issue using video
  • Include multiple healthcare providers and specialists in your visit, at the same time
  • Invite a loved one to join your visit, no matter where they live or work
  • Conveniently receive care instructions, ask a question, or review a procedure

VIRTUAL CARE IS A PERFECT OPTION  FOR PATIENTS WHO LIVE IN REMOTE AREAS OR EXPERIENCE MOBILITY OR TRANSPORTATION ISSUES.
