Our clients can access our services in their home, workplace, school or clinics, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We currently provide services by the visit or by the hour to Community Care Access Centers throughout Southern Ontario.  We also offer specialized Enterstomal services to Long Term Care Facilities, Hospitals and Retirement Homes. CarePartners is fully accredited with the CCHCA Canadian Council Health Care Association.
