CarePartners has been providing high quality nursing care to clients in their homes for 25 years. Effective 2011 we are proud to also offer personal support services in the form of e-shift and physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech-language therapy through Dynamic Therapy Solutions.

Our clients can access our services in their home, workplace, school or clinics, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We currently provide services by the visit or by the hour through seven Community Care Access Centers and to clients who choose to pay privately.  We also offer specialized Enterstomal services to Long Term Care Facilities, Hospitals and Retirement Homes.
